In September 2018, J.Cullens was selected as President-Elect of the Louisiana Association for Justice (LAJ). LAJ is the preeminent organization in Louisiana advancing the mission of trial lawyers to promote justice for the workplace, a clean environment, quality and affordable health care for all Americans, and the protection of consumer and creditor rights. The approximately 2,000 trial lawyers in Louisiana who are members of LAJ are dedicated to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards for practicing attorneys and providing fair and equal access to our justice system. J.Cullens is also a member of the Leaders Forum for the American Association of Justice, a nation-wide organization of trial lawyers focused primarily on national policies and issues. J.Cullens will serve as President of LAJ from September 2019 to September 2020.
